The Arch and the Cave
South of Bass Point, this dive site is assessable from the Bushrangers Bay car park, but be prepared for a walk. The access from Bushrangers Bay is at least a 600m swim, most likely in strong current, so not recommended. The Arch is a wide swim-through cave at around 22 deep and the Cave is about 20m long. It is not very wide and has a sandy bottom. The arch features aquatic growth around the roof and walls with lots of macro critters. This is also a great location for spotting Australian giant cuttlefish and slipper lobster.
